Service Charges

Service Charge Management & Collection

Managing Your Service Charges

Your obligation to pay an annual service charge is detailed in your Lease or Transfer (TP1) document that you sign at the time of purchase of your property.

As the Managing Agents for the Residential Management Company, Holdshare will arrange for the invoicing and collection of all service charges from contributing properties. We ensure that the appropriate Summary of Tenants’ Rights and Obligations are served with all leasehold service charge demands.

Ground Rent Invoicing & Compliance

For some developments, we also invoice and collect the annual Ground Rents on behalf of the Freeholder for Leasehold properties.

Holdshare adheres to the RICS Code of Practice in the handling and collection of service charge monies and we ensure compliance with the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
