Our clients are Residential Management Companies (RMCs), and we work closely with the Board of Directors—made up of interested Leaseholders who volunteer their own time.
We pride ourselves on providing a transparent service through open lines of communication.
We are appointed as Managing Agent under a Management Agreement. This clearly sets out what services are included within our management fee and what services, if required, would incur an additional charge.

Directors Meetings
Held as required to ensure a close relationship and effective control of financial, maintenance, and legal matters.
Excellent Block Management Customer Service
Our highly experienced staff deal with daily enquiries from lessees and residents regarding property maintenance, lease disputes, and general assistance on a wide range of matters.
Insurance
We arrange the placement of insurance policies as required—e.g., Buildings, Plant & Machinery, Directors & Officers Liability—and administer all insurance claims, working closely with insurers and lessees. Learn more
Independent Contractors
All contractors are independent from Holdshare. We continuously review their performance to ensure efficient, cost-effective service, and also oversee risk management and Health & Safety compliance. Learn more
Repairs and Maintenance
We handle day-to-day repairs and maintenance, and can prepare cyclical maintenance and repair plans for long-term budgeting. We also advise on major contract work and coordinate with specialists as needed.
Financial Management
We conduct annual and future service charge estimations and cash flow budgeting. This includes regular billing and collection of service charges and ground rents. Arrears are tightly controlled, and we work with solicitors specializing in recovery where necessary. Learn more

Our sister company, Holdshare Secretarial Services Ltd, provides general company secretarial work for each Residential Management Company as part of our standard service.
